FAQ

Where can I place a tiny house in Europe?

Each country has different legal frameworks. In France, for example, mobile tiny houses may be installed in designated rural zones (STECAL) or campsites. In Germany, they often fall under caravan or building codes, depending on whether they are permanent and connected to utilities. Always consult the local planning authorities before confirming your order.

In most European countries, placing a tiny house on a permanent base requires some level of authorisation — such as a planning notice, a construction permit or an exemption. If used as a mobile unit, fewer formalities may be required, but aspects like utility connections and site conditions remain essential.

Transport is quoted separately and depends on distance, accessibility and model size. We’ll provide a specific quote after confirming the delivery location and site conditions.

No. Our service ends at delivery to the chosen location. Anchoring, lifting or any terrain adaptation must be arranged by the client. We supply technical drawings and specifications to assist with this.

Placement regulations vary by region. It's essential to consult local zoning and building codes.

The cost depends on size, materials, and customization. We provide detailed quotes based on your specific project requirements.
