Buying Steps

1. Choose and configure

Select your model and use our configurator to choose finishes and options (like wheels, frame color or add-ons)

2. Confirm & pay

After confirming your configuration, you sign the purchase agreement and make a single full payment. We’ll then schedule your house for production.

3. We build it

Your home is built in Portugal in 3 to 5 months — depending on demand and configuration.

4. We deliver it

We handle transport to your site in Portugal or elsewhere in Europe (quote provided separately).

5. You place it

It’s your responsibility to ensure the site is ready: a stable base (e.g. concrete slab or similar), proper access, and any local permits or utility connections.

Where can I place a tiny house in Europe?

Is on-site installation included?

No. Our service ends at delivery to the chosen location. Anchoring, lifting or any terrain adaptation must be arranged by the client. We supply technical drawings and specifications to assist with this.
